Stephen is a lawyer with 50 years’ experience in corporate and commercial practice areas, including IPOs and advising ASX-listed companies. He is an experienced ASX-listed company director, having served as a Non-Executive Director on several companies. This experience includes being Chairman of Coffey International Limited for 15 years, a Non-Executive Director of PrimeAg Australia Limited for 7 years and a Non-Executive Director of Millennium Services Group Limited for 3 years.
In 2018, Stephen joined the firm of Henry William Lawyers in Sydney as a Consultant lawyer and joined the Board of PAN-Tribal in 2015.
Stephen’s particular expertise also includes corporate governance capabilities, which have been implemented in the company’s management practices.

Peter is a Sydney-based commercial lawyer with over 40 years’ experience specialising in banking law, financial markets and corporate governance. He is currently a consultant at the national law firm Thomson Geer.
Peter has and continues to hold numerous governance and leadership roles, including currently chair of Oilmin Field Services, a PNG company, community member of two Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency boards/committees, member of the Combat Sports Authority of NSW, member of the National Sports Tribunal, Oceania member of the Independent Ethics Commission of the Association of National Olympic Committees. Additionally, Peter is currently chairing an inquiry into PNG Rugby on behalf of Oceania Rugby.
He has previously served as a board member of the Australian Kookaburra Kids Foundation, a board member of Cronulla Sharks NRL Club and a member of the FINA Doping Panel.
A former national representative in men’s water polo, Peter then served for 18 years as President of Water Polo Australia. He was honoured to give the Judge’s Oath at the Opening Ceremony of the Sydney 2000 Olympic Games.
Peter holds degrees in law and finance from the University of Sydney and Macquarie University. He is a Member of the Order of Australia and a recipient of the Australian Sports Medal.

Adrian has worked in the financial services industry since 1986 as a financial adviser and taxation specialist for a diverse range of private clients and small businesses. As a member of the Financial Advice Association of Australia, Adrian’s industry knowledge and experience will allow him to contribute across a wide range of business and industry-related areas.
Adrian holds a Diploma of Education and a Graduate Diploma of Business, with a major in accounting. He is a registered tax agent.

Colin has over 30 years’ fund management experience, holding senior management roles domestically and in the Asia Pacific. Colin held several roles at UBS Global Asset Management, including CEO of the Australian business.
Colin has an MBA from RMIT, a Graduate Diploma of Financial Planning and a Bachelor of Education.
