Colin has over 30 years of funds management experience, holding senior management roles domestically and in the Asia Pacific. Colin held several roles at UBS Global Asset Management, including CEO of the Australian business.
Colin has an MBA from RMIT, a Graduate Diploma of Financial Planning and a Bachelor of Education.

Mark joined PAN-Tribal in July 2016, bringing with him extensive experience in the wealth management industry. He has worked closely with financial advisers while holding senior roles in funds management, dealer group and platform businesses. With more than 26 years’ financial services experience, he has an in-depth understanding of the industry and extensive knowledge of financial markets.
Mark’s previous experience includes senior distribution roles at BT Financial Group, Asgard and Sealcorp.
Mark holds the CFP designation and has also completed a Diploma in Financial Markets and a Diploma in Marketing.

Nick has over 25 years’ business development and account management experience in the financial services industry. He joined PAN-Tribal in 2018, bringing with him broad-ranging expertise across asset classes, investment strategy and portfolio construction, product structures and distribution channels that add value to his adviser relationships. In his role, he provides support to financial advisers in VIC & TAS, research houses, asset consultants and private wealth managers.
Nick’s previous roles with NAB Asset Management, MLC and the Commonwealth Bank / Colonial First State Group have instilled in him an excellent understanding of adviser needs coupled with a strong client service ethic.
Nick holds an Advanced Diploma in Business (Accounting Major) and a Diploma in Financial Markets.

Matthew has 23 years of experience in the financial services industry and joined the PAN-Tribal team in early 2015. In his role, he works closely with private wealth firms across the state of Queensland.
For the six years prior, Matthew worked with Colonial First State as an investment specialist within the Business Development Team. Matthew’s passion, knowledge of investments and portfolio construction have allowed him to develop meaningful and value-added relationships with his clients.
Matthew has a Bachelor of Arts, a Graduate Diploma of Applied Finance, and a Diploma of Financial Planning.

Jordan’s financial markets and business development experience spans more than 20 years, providing him with strong market knowledge encompassing macro trends, fixed income, equities and alternatives. Jordan joined PAN-Tribal in September 2024. In his role, Jordan is responsible for creating brand awareness and interacting with a diverse range of industry stakeholders, including researchers, financial advisers, dealer groups and platforms.
Jordan’s previous roles include senior distribution positions at Clinton Capital Partners and Man Group, providing him with extensive experience in the financial advice industry.
Jordan has earned an MBA from IE Business School in Madrid. He also holds a Bachelor of Science and a Bachelor of Business Administration/Finance from Boston University.

Sarah joined PAN-Tribal Asset Management in early 2016 and is responsible for all aspects of the firm’s business operations. This includes liaison with a broad range of industry stakeholders, such as regulators, dealer groups, research houses and platforms.
Sarah has 25 years’ experience in the funds management and superannuation industries. She has brought PAN-Tribal a specialist knowledge of institutional investing, portfolio analysis and product development. Sarah’s previous experience includes roles with UBS Global Asset Management and Colonial First State. Before joining PAN-Tribal, she was a Senior Analyst in UniSuper’s investment team.
Sarah holds Bachelor’s degrees in Commerce and Science, and a Graduate Diploma of Applied Finance and Investment and is a graduate of the AICD Company Directors Course.

Steve has more than 33 years’ industry experience working in finance and financial services, both domestically and internationally. He joined PAN-Tribal in 2014 and, in his role, is responsible for overseeing all the financial-related functions of the PAN-Tribal business.
From 2008 to 2013, Steve was the Regional Finance Director Asia-Pacific for Mercer, a leading global professional services consulting and investment business. Prior to this, Steve spent 11 years with Goldman Sachs JBWere, where he was the Senior Finance Business Partner.
Steve holds a Bachelor of Commerce, with majors in Accounting and Economics, and is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants.

With over 20 years’ experience in the financial services industry, Dave was the first employee to join CEO Colin Woods when the PAN-Tribal journey began in 2014.
Dave’s commitment to building the PAN-Tribal brand, launching the PAN-Tribal Global Equity Fund and establishing PAN-Tribal as the company we see today was unwavering. He will be remembered not only for his in-depth knowledge and industry experience, but also for his dedication to his clients and his passion for sport – in particular, US sport.
